Information is not exempt information if it relates to proposed development for which the local planning authority may grant itself planning permission pursuant to regulation 3 of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1992

Due to potential changes in the construction and property market, primarily as a result of the pandemic, it is felt that a review of the cost assumptions in the business case would be prudent and deliver the necessary de-risking of the project if market fluctuations have arisen.
