Explanation of 'on hold/withdrawn' items: This item, in its current form, will no longer be considered by the Executive and therefore will be deleted from the Forward Programme. The intention is to produce, in partnership with the voluntary sector, a Voluntary Sector Strategy which will inform the Council's commissioning intentions. The Strategy is due to be completed by January 2020 and will be considered by the Executive in the new year

Reason For Consideration: Permission for procurement valued in excess of the OJEU limit.
