Explanation of 'on hold/withdrawn' items: This item is to be deleted from the Forward Programme due to the fact that the Parking Strategy has been renamed the Parking Management Policy which was considered by the Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee on 11th March 2019. The scope of the document will be considered by O&SC in late spring and the document will progress to Executive for adoption in due course.
