Decision:

Graham Ebers approved under delegated powers following agreement by HoldCo (and previously Place and Growth Leadership Team) for an initial long term loan to Loddon Homes to fund the Golden Brick payment plus Sept/Oct construction costs for Hatch Farm Dairies supported housing units as agreement with Persimmon.
The funds total: £687,500.00 for Golden Brick Payment and £764,000.00 for construction costs September 2021 and October 2021. Further tranches to be drawn down through to completion in January 22 up to approx. £3.06m (tbc).
The loan is to be charged at 3.5%.

2)          the Director of Place and Growth and the Deputy Chief Executive (Section 151 Officer), in consultation with the Lead Member for Finance and Housing, be delegated the agreement of the final terms with West Berkshire and completion of the agreement.
