That the Executive Member for Planning and Enforcement:
1) Noted the comments made in respect of the Government’s consultation regarding reforms to permitted development rights to support the deployment of 5G and extend mobile coverage;
2) Approved the Council’s response to the consultation sent to the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (Set out at Appendix 1).
