Old Forest Road 30mph Speed limit Decision: That the Executive Member for Active Travel, Highways and Transport:
1) Considered the correspondence received for the proposal and note no objections have been received;
2) Agreed to proceed with the making of the Amendment Order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Local Authorities Traffic Order Procedures 1996; and
3) Instructed the Assistant Director for Highways & Transport to inform those who have responded to the consultation accordingly. |
