EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

The Individual Executive Member may exclude the press and public in order to discuss the Part 2 sheets of the above agenda item and to do so it must pass a resolution in the following terms: That under Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act (as amended) as appropriate.

That the Leader of the Council and Executive Member for Business and Economic Development granted approval for the heads of terms included in the part 2 report for the sale of land off St Sebastian’s Close, Wokingham.
