To consider a report regarding the Short Term Interim Chief Executive Recruitment.

Minutes:

The Personnel Board considered a report regarding the short term appointment of an Interim Chief Executive until such time as the Board was able to interview and appoint a longer term interim. 

 

The Board was reminded that the current Chief Executive Officer had resigned and that his last date of employment would be 13 August 2017.

 

RESOLVED:  That Graham Ebers, in the role of Deputy Chief Executive, undertake the statutory duties of the Chief Executive Officer until the Personnel Board are able to interview and appoint a longer term interim, subject to there being no objection from members of the Executive.
