Purpose:  To Update Members on the “Tree Inspection Framework for Council Trees” and to Adopt a Policy for the ongoing maintenance of council owned trees.   

Decision:

That:

 

1)    the Policies relating to the maintenance of Council owned trees be approved; and

 

2)    the progress made since the implementation of the  “Tree Inspection Framework for Council Trees” adopted on 15th February 2016 be noted
