Some residents of the Fernlea Estate are now in receipt of information pertaining to the proposed residential development on land off Finchampstead Road, Finchampstead North as distributed by Gladman Land.

It is now clear that Planning application 161292 was a thinly veiled (sadly successful) attempt to change the land use from arable to recreational with a view to turning it into residential.
A change that received strong objection at the time.
