Additional Information
Alison moved to the Borough over 30 years ago to attend Reading University. She subsequently trained to be a teacher and has also worked in the Civil Service, in retail, for an MP and in Early Years education. She runs her own business.
Alison live with her two children in Earley and runs a local Beaver Scout colony. She’s keen to support youth and community events.
She was a Borough Councillor from 2014 to 2018 and is now also a Woodley Town Councillor. Using the bus daily, Alison understands how essential it is to have reliable regular service.
