• Carl Doran - Personal - Carl Doran declared a personal interest regarding this agenda item, land at 78 Reading Road, on the grounds that part of the application site was owned by BT, his employer. BT were not the applicants and they had no issue with the application. Carl added that he would still take part in the debate and the decision.
