Reason For Consideration: This report seeks approval to proceed with the joint procurement of the Berkshire Community Equipment Service under the Section 75 agreement in accordance with the Procurement and Contracts Rules and Procedures. Executive Approval of the Procurement Business case is required as the total ascertainable value of Wokingham’s contribution to the contract is over £663,540.
