To enable the committee to consider a matter
arising from the 2 March 2022 committee meeting, namely the
Committee’s recommendation to freeze the 2021/22 fee for taxi
vehicle licences at the same level as the previous year and to
re-imburse those that had already paid the higher fee in
2021/22.
