Explanation of 'on hold/withdrawn' items: It was not felt appropriate to consider this matter in advance of the forthcoming Parliamentary election. The detailed Local Plan is due to be considered at an Extraordinary Executive which is likely to be held on 15 January 2020 therefore it was felt that there was no benefit in taking an update report to the December Executive. This item will therefore be deleted from the Forward Programme.
Reason For Consideration: To discuss the emerging preferred strategy for the Local Plan Update, ahead of consideration of the detailed plan at a later meeting of Executive.
