Reason For Consideration: In accordance with the Procurement and Contracts Rules and Procedures (PCRP) (section 3.1.1): A formal business case is required for any procurement with a total value above £50,000. The level of approval required for the Business Case depends on the type of procurement and total ascertainable value of the contract. The value of this procurement exceeds £500k and therefore requires Executive Approval.
