Consultation process

An extensive public consultation exercise was undertaken in 2014 to shape the new Integrated Service.

The recommissioned service will use the same core service model developed in consultation with the public, with some modifications to reflect advances in technology and to reflect changes in service use patterns.

Consultation with the public on the proposed modifications to the existing model is planned for the New Year
