Rule 4.1.3 of the Council’s Constitution
states that Council have to confirm the appointment of the Head of
Paid Service.
Council are therefore requested to ratify the decision of the
Personnel Board held on
5 December 2019 to appoint xxxxx as Wokingham Borough
Council’s new Chief Executive and Head of Paid Service.
