This report is to update Overview and Scrutiny
on the proposals to provide council tax exemption for care leavers
as part of Wokingham Borough Council Corporate Parenting
responsibilities. The Council is required to consider innovative
services and extensive support to care leavers up to the age of 25
years as a result of the Children and Social work Bill
2017.
