That the Executive Member for Highways and Transport approved the proposed response to the consultation, with the following additional comments:

 

Q18: Suggest making disabled charging bays useable for all disabled users, regardless of whether they have an electric vehicle or not, and have consideration for some bays with charging capabilities to be not solely for use by electric vehicles e.g. mixed use bays.

 

Q64: This should also apply to retro-fitting existing car parks.
