To amend the opening times for Twyford and
Wargrave Libraries to make both libraries available for use when
they are needed most. This decision does not change the overall
availability of both of these libraries.

18/01/2019 - Addition to Section 13A Policy ref: 696 Recommendations Approved
To add a class of discount into our Section
13A Council Tax Scheme, for those homes left empty by Service
personnel. This was part of CLGs commitment to the Armed Forces
covenant
