That the Executive Member for Highways and Transport:

1)     Noted the contents of this report;

2)     Approved the making of the necessary Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Local Authorities Traffic Order Procedure 1996;

3)     Instructed officers to inform objectors of the outcome of this decision and how their objection was considered.
