1) the Contract as detailed on Part 2 of this report be awarded; and 2) the procurement process undertaken in partnership with RBW&M in line with the OJEU Contract Notice (2015/S 132-243642) issued on 3rd July 2015 and Prior Information Notice (2015S 075-132012) issued on 7th April 2015 be noted.
