appropriate.
Decision:
That the Executive Member for Regeneration and Town Centre Highways:
1) approve the making of the Wokingham Borough Council (Luckley Path) (Prohibition of Driving) Order 2018 and;
2) instructs the appropriate Officers to inform those persons who objected accordingly.
Reasons for the decision:
The Executive Member was corrected to state the Executive member for regeneration and Town Centre Highways, as had been advertised in the forward programme.
Part 2 of the recommendation was changed to instruct the ‘appropriate Officers’ to inform those persons who objected, as it was deemed more appropriate that specifically instructing the Director of Localities and Customer Services.
