Not to proceed with development proposals for land adjacent to 86 Emmbrook Road, Wokingham in light of planning and highways issues.
(Note: Development proposals for land between 68 and 69 Orchard Estate, Twyford currently on hold.)

Reasons for the decision:

To allow the development of 5 affordable homes to proceed.
